Let's see if this can possibly work.

I have been having serious internet woes of late. My connection randomly turns off and on. I had the dude from cox out here last week. He broke my new desk and then told me all I needed was a new modem, that mine was too old. That fixed the problem for maybe a few days. Now I have the tech manager coming out this week (why is it always so long before they can fix a problem?) They are a good company tho. They comped me the new modem, and will be paying for any repairs to the desk. They also gave me an additional credit towards my bill for aggrivation.

Do they give good customer service because they know they have a shitty product? I don't know though. In the nearly two years I was in my apartment I used them with no problems. Perhaps it's the wiring here or something.

I'll write with other stuff when I'm less tired.
