I am in love. With a flat. I MUST have it. I am getting nervous that I won't. It is almost perfect. Yeah, it's street parking, but in a neighborhood where that won't be too much of a hassle (there are some where I'd wind up a mile away). There's no washer/dryer hookup, but there's a laundry and dry clean place less than a block away. There are 3 parks within walking distance too. It is the perfect location for me. Plus it's gorgeous. The kitchen is how I wanted to remodel mine to be. Plus tons of sunlight. And I'll have a great ass, because I'd have to walk up 2 flights of stairs every day. Please, everyone, send Chasha some good luck with the housing karma.
