This computer is made entirely from soybeans (2001-02-05 - 23:16:37) I am experimenting. With food, shut up ya pervs. I have decided to go 100% macrobiotic for the month of February. In case you don't know, this is beyond normal orgainic health food. This adds zen and balance. hopefully it will do the trick, as well as help me drop this extra weight I've put on in the last three years. My main goal, however, is to cleanse my system, not lose weight. You see, I had been on the pill for way too long (nine years). I went off last spring, and decided to abstain from all meds (other than my inhaler, no compromise there unfortunatly). I didn't take so much as a Tylenol. That is, of course, until I got sick in December. Then they put me on a whole cocktail (cock, hehe) of scripts and over the counters. Well, since then I have been incredibly run down and have gotten every small bug that comes my way. And of course, treating it with sudafed, nyquil, what have you. Well, I think I just undid eight months of pureness. So now I am extending my purity standards to everything that goes into my body. No more preservatives, no more refined sugars, no more sodium chloride. Oh, and I'm also doing this vegan. I am learning to transform a lump of tofu into any food product in the world. It is truely amazing to me the vast categories of foods that can be mimicked by soy. In addition to this, I am balancing everything out with the seasons, the temperatures, colors, textures, credit histories, geographical orgins, and hobbies. Okay, so who doesn't exagerate (I know I just spelled that one wrong). The theory is that since this is February (the shortest month) that this is the most tolerable time to do this. I can continue later if I want, but I can stick to it better if I know a definite end time. I know I'll miss caffiene the most. |
