I am going to do something that I haven't done in multiple lifetimes. Today, I signed up for a softball team. I used to play when I was younger. I played all through middle school and also in ninth grade. Then I got into a car accident and hurt my knee. The only time I played since was breifly on a dorm team my freshman year of college, but we didn't have enough people to last the season. And even that was nine years ago. Wow. I didn't really realize how long it was. I know I probably suck now. I was never great to begin with. I played in a league where bases could only be stolen if the ball went past the catcher (did I mention I was catcher?) and so my sole job was to block the ball by any means necessary. I got very good at using any available body part to stop the ball. I'm sure random strangers thought my parents beat me.

Anyhow, it should be fun, and I may actually meet somebody to go to Giants games with this year. Is it bad that out of a twelve year relationship, what I feel like I will miss the most right now is the INCREDIBLE seats we had at Pac Bell Park?
